THIRD YEAR CLASS FELLOWSHIP LEADERS 2019/2020
Our leadership was guided by two main values being:
Mission: To develop and to help members grow to full spiritual maturity through upholding Christian values, fellowship and knowledge of the truth about the word of God.
Vision: To identify and appreciate our gifts and empower members deepen their faith through the knowledge of Christ.
As a leadership and third years class 2019/2020, we cannot fail to acknowledge that the lord has been on our side. He walked with us through the journey and led the way to where we are.
(Psalms 124:1-8)“If it had not been the LORD who was on our side let Israel now say if it had not been the LORD who was on our side when people rose up against us then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their anger was kindled against us; then the flood would have swept us away, the torrent would have gone over us; then over us would have gone the raging waters. Blessed be the LORD, who has not given us as prey to their teeth! We have escaped like a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped! Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
Through the two-guiding angle-lines, we thank God for we managed to improve members’ commitment in service in various departments in KIBUCU church like Praise and worship, ushering and choir. Thanks to all members for their co-operation. Leaders become great not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others. This was always our driving force. For me, leadership was a challenge to be something more than average. As leaders we did our best to be the kind of leaders that people would follow voluntarily. However, we encourage any succeeding leader in any con not to limit themselves on imitation since we believe every person has a unique way of performing duties which can prove to be more efficient and effective.
THANKS ALL, GOD BLESS KIBUCU CLASS FELLOWSHIPS, KIBUCU CHURCH AND KIBABII UNIVERSITY FRATERNITY AT LARGE.
